About the Role:
We're looking for a Field Property Sourcing Specialist with a 1+ years of real estate experience in your current role. Experience in property sourcing in real estate is mandatory for this role as this position is primarily field based (all days on ground), where you'll actively source property opportunities as well as do walk-ins for business development.
The ideal candidate will have 1 - 4 years of real estate experience, strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in English and Hindi, with fluency in Kannada being a must. A two-wheeler is required for field visits.
The incumbent will report to the Head - Transaction Services.
