Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused professional to join our Private Wealth – Real Estate team. The role involves sourcing and engaging with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), identifying investment opportunities across residential and commercial real estate, and supporting the team in business development, investor presentations, and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and connect with HNIs and investors to identify real estate investment opportunities.
- Prospect and build relationships with potential clients, brokers, and developers.
- Assist in business development activities, including lead generation, client meetings, and follow-ups.
- Ability to work under pressure (profile involves inter-departmental coordination and collaboration)
- Source and evaluate real estate supply, both residential and commercial, for investment suitability.
- Conduct site visits and represent clients during property evaluations and negotiations.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions.
- Prepare investor memorandums, pitch decks, and presentations for client discussions.
- Create and manage property content for listings, brochures, and marketing collaterals.
- Coordinate internally with the valuation, research, and advisory teams for client deliverables.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of real estate markets (residential/commercial).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with HNI clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and presentation creation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and match investment options.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple client interactions.
Educational Qualifications
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce,or Engineering.
