Position Details
The position will be based in Bangalore and the incumbent will report into Head - Transaction Services.
The Responsibilities
- Assist in BD including cold calling, cold walk-ins, meetings, emails
- Source properties (commercial, others) landlord & neighbourhood, commercial & market information
- Source occupier names, contact details on the ground
- Walk-in requests for appointments with occupiers
- Do site visits, inspections
- Maintain database of commercial/other properties
- Prepare presentations for opportunities
Other Requirements
- Required: Two-wheeler
- Education: Preferably a Degree
- Language: Fluency in English, Hindi and Kannada
- Experience: 1- 2 Years experience in a similar role
- Soft Skill: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
