Position Details
Meraqi is looking for a smart and versatile person to be a part of the Advisory & Valuation team. The position incumbent is required to handle & mentor the team.
The position will be based in Bangalore and the incumbent will report into Head - Investment Management Services.
The Responsibilities
- Site visits, client representations
- Content writing for property uploads
- Preparing Investor memorandums-presentations
- To do comparative market analysis, comparable sales data
- Help in business development calls and meetings.
The Person
- Experience: 0-3 years
- Qualification: Any Degree
- Sectors: Experience in real estate
- Proficiency of Language: English (must be extremely proficient),Kannada/Telugu/Tamil (added advantage).
- (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) - experience preferred
Other Skills Required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in working PowerPoint presentation, Word and Excel is
most preferred.
- Stakeholder management skills
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
- Experience working to and exceeding targets
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Willing to travel / Field Visits
