Valuation & Technical Due diligence with Bangalore Market exposure
Performing valuation analysis and proficiency in Valuation approaches
Aware of existing Rules & Regulation and any new developments in local market
Independently gathering data pertinent to the assignment through direct client interaction and on-site collection of data relating to scope of work agreed
Inspection of various assets including Residential, Commercial, and Industrial properties/ assets etc.
Analysis, reconciliation, and sum Preparation of analysis in the Final Report
Respond to referrals (internal and external) in a timely, professional manner
Participate in special projects designated by your immediate supervisor.
Additional Experience (optional) - Knowledge of other south markets like Hyderabad, Kerala, Chennai etc.
Financial modelling skills
Work closely with the other business/service lines
Skills Required

Willing to travel / Field Visits
Proficiency in working PowerPoint presentation, Word and Excel is most preferred
Ability to work individually and as part of a team

The Person
Qualification: M. Planning, Urban / Regional Planning, GDM, MBA or an equivalent degree (Preferably from NICMAR or RICS)
Sectors: Real Estate Consulting firms, Infrastructure Consulting Firms, Management Consulting Firms (with experience in real estate), Corporate Real Estate teams in MNCs & Banks
Proficiency of Language: English Kannada (must be extremely proficient) or Telugu Tamil (added advantage)
(Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) - experience preferred
